CHEAP Halloween Costume - Cowgirl

I feel like this is the EASIEST costume for girls to put together since all of the stuff in it is pretty common. The least common item in the whole costume would be the hat, but I was able to pick mine up for $1 at the dollar store!

CHEAP Halloween Costume Idea - Prom Queen/ Pageant Winner

I love this costume because it gives you a chance to re-wear a fancy dress that you would normally wear only once. For the sash, I took the “Birthday Princess” one my roomie gave me and turned it around. Just use fabric paint and you can write whatever “Miss” title you want!
